Sweet & Sticky for caramelized sweetness

Hot Hens for a sweet-heat kick

SPG with a Kiss of Onion for a savory balance

Pro Tips

Par-cook sweet potato cubes in microwave 3–4 minutes to speed up grill time.

Use thick-cut bacon so it doesn’t overcook before the potatoes are tender.

Want extra crisp? Finish over direct heat for 1–2 minutes.
