Sweet N’ Sticky Smoked Salmon Girls Gone Grillin' Style
Ingredients
- 1–2 lb salmon filet (skin on)
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)

Girls Gone Grillin’ Sweet and Sticky BBQ seasoning
Smoker Setup
Temp: 225°F
pellets: Apple or cherry (perfect with the honey notes)
Instructions
Prep the Salmon
Pat salmon dry.
Generously season the flesh side with Sweet N’ Sticky (don’t be shy). For extra flavor season 1-2 hours before smoking place back in the fridge.
After dry marinating for 2 hours: Place salmon skin-side down.
Smoke at 225°F for 45–75 minutes, depending on thickness.
Finish
Salmon is done at 140–145°F internal temp.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
