Ingredients
- 3 cups sweet corn (grilled or fresh off the cob)
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, diced (optional for heat)
