Ingredients

  • 3 cups sweet corn (grilled or fresh off the cob)
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, diced (optional for heat)
