The Turf: Garlic Butter Filet Mignon

Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignons
  • Olive oil
  • SPG with a Kiss of Onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (smashed)
  • Fresh rosemary and thyme

Instructions

Pat steaks dry and coat lightly with olive oil.

Season generously with SPG.

Sear in cast iron 3–4 minutes per side.

Add butter, garlic, herbs — baste continuously.

Finish to 125–130° for perfect medium rare. Rest 5–10 minutes.

The Surf: Butterflied Lobster Tails

Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • Melted butter
  • Lemon juice
  • Light sprinkle of Sweet N’ Sticky (trust me )

Instructions

Cut shell down the center, pull meat up on top.

Brush with butter + lemon.

Grill meat side up over medium heat 8–10 minutes.

Finish with more butter and a tiny kiss of Sweet N’ Sticky for that subtle honey glaze.
