Keeping it classic and delicious—just steak, onion, and sweet mini peppers, marinated and grilled to perfection.

Marinate: Add steak to a bowl or zip-top bag. Pour in store-bought marinade to coat well. Marinate at least 30 minutes, up to 8 hours refrigerated.
Skewer: Thread steak, onion, and mini peppers onto skewers, alternating for even cooking.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high (400–425°F). Grill kabobs 3–4 minutes per side, turning to get a good char.
Finish: Remove from grill, rest 5 minutes. Optional light sprinkle of Girls Gone Grilling seasoning right before serving.
Pro Tips
Mini peppers cook fast—keep pieces similar size to the steak cubes.
If using wooden skewers, soak 30 minutes so they don’t burn.
