Steak Fajitas — Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Steak Fajitas — Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Sizzling, juicy, and packed with bold flavor thanks to SPG with a Kiss of Onion. These are weeknight-easy and party-ready.

Ingredients

Veggies

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp GGG S.P.G.
  • For Serving
  • Warm tortillas (flour or corn)
  • Cowboy butter
  • Cilantro, lime wedges
  • Sour cream, pico, or guac

Marinate

Whisk marinade ingredients.

Coat steak and marinate 30 minutes–4 hours (even 30 mins works!).

Grill or Cast Iron

Grill:

Preheat to high (450–500°F).

Grill steak 3–4 min per side (medium-rare).

Grill veggies in a basket or on foil until charred-tender.

Cast Iron:

Heat skillet until screaming hot.

Sear steak 3–4 min per side.

Rest, then sauté veggies in the same pan.

Slice & Sizzle

Rest steak 5–10 minutes, slice against the grain.

Toss steak back with veggies for that classic fajita sizzle.

Serve It Up

Pile into warm tortillas, finish with lime, cilantro, and a drizzle of cowboy butter or a sprinkle of extra GGG S.P.G.
