Ingredients
- Flank or skirt steak

Girls Gone Grillin’ S.P.G. Plus a Kiss of Onion BBQ seasoning
- Fresh corn on the cob
- Ripe avocados, sliced
- Olive oil
- Optional bowl base: cilantro-lime rice, cauliflower rice, or greens
- Street Corn.
- Mix Corn kernels (grilled or roasted)
- 2–3 tbsp mayo or Mexican crema
- 1 tbsp sour cream (optional, extra creamy)
- Juice of ½ lime

- Cotija or queso fresco
- Chopped cilantro
- Cilantro Cream Sauce
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- Splash of water or milk to thin
How to Make It
- Steak: Season generously with GGG SPG. Grill or sear to desired doneness. Rest, then slice against the grain.
- Street Corn: Grill or roast corn until charred. Cut off kernels and toss warm with mayo/crema, lime juice, seasoning, cheese, and cilantro.
- Sauce: Blend all cilantro cream ingredients until smooth.
- Build the Bowl: Base → sliced steak → street corn → avocado → drizzle with cilantro cream sauce.
Pro Tips:
Add pickled red onions or jalapeños for heat
