Steak, Avocado & Street Corn  Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Same bold bowl—now with creamy, crave-worthy street corn 

Ingredients

  • Flank or skirt steak
  •  Girls Gone Grillin’ S.P.G. Plus a Kiss of Onion BBQ seasoning
  • Fresh corn on the cob
  • Ripe avocados, sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Optional bowl base: cilantro-lime rice, cauliflower rice, or greens
  • Street Corn.
  • Mix Corn kernels (grilled or roasted)
  • 2–3 tbsp mayo or Mexican crema
  • 1 tbsp sour cream (optional, extra creamy)
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Girls Gone Grillin’ Hot Hens BBQ seasoning
  • Cotija or queso fresco
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Cilantro Cream Sauce
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • Splash of water or milk to thin

How to Make It

  1. Steak: Season generously with GGG SPG. Grill or sear to desired doneness. Rest, then slice against the grain.
  2. Street Corn: Grill or roast corn until charred. Cut off kernels and toss warm with mayo/crema, lime juice, seasoning, cheese, and cilantro.
  3. Sauce: Blend all cilantro cream ingredients until smooth.
  4. Build the Bowl: Base → sliced steak → street corn → avocado → drizzle with cilantro cream sauce.

Pro Tips:

Add pickled red onions or jalapeños for heat 

Finish with extra cotija and lime zest for that street-food vibe
