Spinach Olive Dip (Girls Gone Grillin’ Style)

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained well
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives (or black olives for milder flavor)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1–2 tsp Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG with a Kiss of Onion 

Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

Prep the spinach

Squeeze out ALL the moisture (this keeps your dip thick and creamy).

Mix the base

In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, and cream cheese until smooth.

Add the flavor

Stir in olives, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings.

Fold in spinach

Mix until everything is evenly combined.

Chill or heat (your call)

Chill for 1–2 hours for a cold dip

OR bake at 375°F for 20 minutes for a hot, bubbly version
