Smoked Spareribs with Cherry Chipotle BBQ Sauce

 

 

 

 

 

Tender, fall-off-the-bone spareribs slow-smoked over hardwood for hours, soaking up rich, smoky flavor in every bite. Slathered in Girls Gone Grillin’ Cherry Chipotle BBQ sauce That caramelizes perfectly on the outside, creating a mouthwatering glaze. Each rib is packed with bold, smoky goodness, balanced by the Sweet kick and subtle heat of the sauce.

Instructions:

(The night before) Season Ribs with Girls Gone Grillin’ Hot Hens BBQ seasoning let sit in refrigerator overnight. Add Girls Gone Grillin’ S.P.G. Plus a Kiss of Onion BBQ seasoning for added flavor.

  1. 6 Hours before dinner time: Preheat smoker to 250°F 
  2. Place ribs on smoker ribs down. Smoke for 2½ hours – 3 hours (This could be a bit longer). Spritzing with your favorite sprits mix every 1/2 Hour or so. This is Optional.
  3. When the meat starts to tighten and pull back from the rib bone it’s time to wrap. You can also use a digital meat thermomotor, and Wrap at 165°F 
  4. Wrap ribs individually using 2 sheets of tinfoil place 1/2 stick of cubed butter and sprinkle with Girls Gone Grillin’ Sweet and Sticky BBQ seasoning   
  5. Place one rack of ribs on top of butter and seasoning.
  6. Place 1/2 stick cubed butter on top of ribs with more Girls Gone Grillin’ Sweet and Sticky BBQ seasoning season well. add 1/3 can of beer to the bottom of rack. Wrap well without puncturing the tinfoil.
  7. Place the wrapped ribs back on the smoker, ribs down for 1 Hours maybe a bit longer. When the digital meat thermomotor reaches 204°F Open the top of tinfoil carefully.
  8. Brush on the Girls Gone Grillin’ Cherry Chipotle BBQ sauce
  9.  Let smoke about 15 minutes. 
  10. Let ribs rest off the smoker for 15-30 minutes. 

Note: Make sure the internal temperature is 203°F-205°F for fall of the one goodness.
