Smoked Raspberry Bacon Jalapeño Dip (Girls Gone Grillin’ style)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • ¼ cup canned jalapeños, drained & chopped
  • ½ cup raspberry preserves
  • 1 tbsp your SPG with a Kiss of Onion
  • Optional: drizzle of Cherry Chipotle or Pecan Whisper BBQ sauce

Instructions

Fire up smoker to 225–250°F.

In a bowl, mix:

cream cheese, sour cream, mayo

white cheddar

bacon + jalapeños

seasoning

Spread into a cast iron skillet or foil pan.

Spoon raspberry preserves over the top and lightly swirl (don’t overmix).

Optional: drizzle a little BBQ sauce for that sweet-smoky kick.

Smoke uncovered for 45–60 minutes until:

hot and bubbly

edges slightly golden

Finish (important)

Sprinkle extra bacon + cheddar on top

Let it sit 5 minutes to thicken

Pro Tips

Want more heat → add extra jalapeños or a dash of Hot Hens

Want it sweeter → add a little more raspberry swirl at the end

Want it richer → mix in smoked gouda with the cheddar
