Smoked Pulled Pork Girls Gone Grillin' Style
Ingredients
Pork butt (8–10 lb)

Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG with a kiss of onion 🧅

Girls Gone Grillin’ Sweet & Sticky

Apple juice (for spritz)

Butter (for wrapping)

Method

Season heavy with SPG and then the Sweet and Sticky. Let it sweat 30–60 minutes.

Smoke at 225–250°F until bark sets (about 4–5 hours).

Lightly spritz with apple juice, then wrap with butter and a sprinkle of Sweet & Sticky.

Return to smoker until internal temp hits 200–203°F.

Rest at least 45 minutes, then pull and toss in the juices.
