Smoked Cheesy Money Bread
A buttery, cheesy pull-apart bread that's always a crowd favorite on the smoker.
Ingredients
- 1 round loaf sourdough bread
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Girls Gone Grillin’ S.P.G. Plus a Kiss of Onion BBQ seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Optional: drizzle of ranch or hot honey
Instructions
Preheat smoker to 250°F.
Slice the bread in a crosshatch pattern, cutting almost to the bottom without cutting through.
Mix melted butter, garlic, and SPG with a Kiss of Onion.
Brush the butter mixture deep into all the cuts.
Stuff the cuts with mozzarella, cheddar, bacon, and green onions.
Wrap loosely in foil and smoke for 20-25 minutes.
Open the foil and continue smoking for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the top is golden.
Drizzle with ranch or hot honey if desired.
