Instructions

Preheat smoker to 225°F (pecan, apple, or hickory).

Brown meat in a skillet, season with SPG + Hot Hens. Drain grease.

Assemble dip in a cast-iron skillet or foil pan:

Velveeta + cream cheese

Green chilies + Hatch chilies

Cooked meat

Shredded cheeses

Smoke uncovered for 45–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until melted and creamy.

Adjust consistency with milk/cream if needed.

Finish & serve hot with chips, pretzel bites, or toasted bread.
