Smoked Cream Cheese with Pecan Whisper Drizzle

Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Ingredients

  • 1 block (8 oz) full-fat cream cheese
  • Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG (with a Kiss of Onion)
  • ¼–½ cup Pecan Whisper BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans
  • Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
  • Crackers, crostini, or pretzels for serving

Instructions

Prep It

Place cream cheese on foil or small cast iron.

Score the top in a crosshatch pattern.

Light sprinkle of SPG over the top.

Smoke

Smoke at 225–250°F for about 1½–2 hours.

It should: Be soft

Slightly puffed

Lightly golden on edges

Drizzle Magic

Warm Pecan Whisper slightly.

Drizzle generously over the top.

Sprinkle chopped pecans.

Optional: return to smoker for 5–10 minutes to let sauce tack up.

 Pro Move

Mix a spoonful of Pecan Whisper into hot honey and drizzle over top for sweet heat
