Smoked Cream Cheese with Cherry Chipotle BBQ Sauce Dip

This is one of those easy but WOW appetizers — creamy, smoky, sweet heat from cherry chipotle, and perfect for crackers, pretzels, or veggies. 

Ingredients

Prep

Leave cream cheese out 20–30 minutes to soften slightly.

Score the top in a crosshatch pattern (don’t cut all the way through).

Lightly brush with olive oil.

Season generously on all sides.

Smoke It

Preheat smoker to 225–250°F

Place cream cheese on foil or small cast-iron skillet

Smoke 1½–2 hours until golden and soft

The outside will form a beautiful smoky crust while the inside turns ultra creamy.

Let it melt slightly into the scored edges
