Preheat smoker (Or the oven to 350°F)

Set smoker to 225–250°F using hickory, pecan, or cherry wood.

Mix the dip

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, seasoning, and red pepper flakes.

Fold in artichokes and half of the cheeses.

Smoke or back

Transfer mixture to a cast-iron skillet or foil pan.

Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.

Smoke or bake uncovered for 45–60 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.

Serve

Remove from smoker or oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
