Sirloin Steak Fajitas (Hot Hens + Sassy Seafood Lime Kick)

Ingredients

  • 1.5–2 lbs sirloin steak
  • 8–10 small sweet peppers, halved
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lime (optional—Sassy Seafood already brings lime)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Hot Hens
  • 1–1½ tsp Sassy Seafood (for that citrus pop)
  • ½ tsp SPG with a Kiss of Onion

Tortillas + toppings (guac, crema, cheese)

Marinade (30 min – overnight)

Mix:

Olive oil

Hot Hens + Sassy Seafood + SPG

Cumin + chili powder + paprika

Coat steak well and let it soak—this combo brings heat + citrus + depth all in one.

Instructions

High heat only

Grill or cast iron ripping hot.

Cook the sirloin

Sear 4–5 min per side → pull at medium → rest 5–10 min.

Blister those peppers

Toss small peppers + onions with oil + a sprinkle of Hot Hens + Sassy Seafood.

Cook until charred and slightly softened.

Slice & toss

Slice steak thin against the grain.

Toss back in the pan with veggies for that sizzling finish.

Finish

Hit with a light squeeze of lime (optional) and a final dusting of Sassy Seafood.

Flavor Notes

Hot Hens = heat + bold spice

Sassy Seafood = citrusy lime punch that cuts the richness
