Shrimp Bowl with Avocado and Mango Salsa Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

  •  Ingredients
  • Shrimp
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • Girls Gone Grillin’ Sassy Seafood or 
  • Girls Gone Grillin’ Hot Hens BBQ seasoning
  • Olive oil + fresh lime juice
  • Bowls
  • Cooked rice or quinoa
  • Ripe avocados, sliced
  • Mango Salsa
  • Fresh mango, diced
  • Red onion, finely diced
  • Jalapeño, minced (optional)
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Lime juice + pinch of salt
Season & cook shrimp: Toss shrimp with lime juice, and seasoning. Grill or sear 2–3 min per side until pink.
Mix salsa: Combine mango, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.

Build bowls: Rice/quinoa → shrimp → avocado → mango salsa.

Finish: Extra lime squeeze and a light sprinkle of seasoning.

Pro Tips

Blacken shrimp for extra flavor 

Swap rice for cauliflower rice for low-carb

Add shredded cabbage or corn for crunch
