Shrimp Bowl with Avocado and Mango Salsa Girls Gone Grillin’ Style
- Ingredients
- Shrimp
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- Girls Gone Grillin’ Sassy Seafood or
- Girls Gone Grillin’ Hot Hens BBQ seasoning
- Olive oil + fresh lime juice
- Bowls
- Cooked rice or quinoa
- Ripe avocados, sliced
- Mango Salsa
- Fresh mango, diced
- Red onion, finely diced
- Jalapeño, minced (optional)
- Cilantro, chopped
- Lime juice + pinch of salt
Season & cook shrimp: Toss shrimp with lime juice, and seasoning. Grill or sear 2–3 min per side until pink.
Mix salsa: Combine mango, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
