Sheet Pan Shrimp, Potatoes, Corn & Kielbasa (Sassy Seafood Style)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
  • 12–14 oz kielbasa (sliced into rounds)
  • 3 ears corn (cut into thirds) or 2 cups frozen corn
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1½–2 tbsp Girls Gone Grillin’ Sassy Seafood seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat

Oven to 425°F

2. Start potatoes + kielbasa

Toss potatoes + kielbasa with olive oil + half the seasoning

Spread on sheet pan

Roast 20–25 minutes (this gets that kielbasa nice and caramelized)

3. Add corn

Toss corn with a little butter + seasoning

Add to pan, roast 10 minutes

4. Add shrimp

Mix shrimp with melted butter, garlic, remaining seasoning

Add to pan + top with lemon slices

5. Finish

Roast 8–10 minutes until shrimp are pink and juicy

Girls Gone Grillin’ Tips

Want that crispy edge on the sausage? Give it a quick broil for 1–2 minutes at the end

Add a sprinkle of Hot Hens for a spicy kick 

Drizzle extra butter + squeeze fresh lemon right before serving

Line the pan with foil for easy cleanup (or go straight pan for those crispy bits )
