Sheet Pan Chili Lime Salmon – Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Ingredients
- 1½–2 lb salmon fillet (skin on or off)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Zest + juice of 2 limes
- 1½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1–1½ tsp SPG with a Kiss of Onion (to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for balance)
- 1 tbsp melted butter (optional, extra richness)
- Veggie add-ins (optional): asparagus, broccolini, green beans, bell peppers, red onion
Instructions
Heat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment or foil.
Mix glaze: olive oil, lime zest/juice, chili powder, paprika, cumin, SPG, honey, and butter.
Prep salmon: Place on pan, brush generously with glaze. Toss veggies with a little olive oil + SPG and spread around salmon.
Roast 12–15 minutes (thicker fillets may need up to 18), until flaky and internal temp hits 135–140°F.
Finish: Broil 1–2 minutes for caramelized edges (watch closely). Squeeze extra lime and rest 3–5 minutes.Pro Tips
