Sheet Pan Chili Lime Salmon – Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Bold, zesty, and weeknight-easy with that grill-kissed flavor you love.

Ingredients

  • 1½–2 lb salmon fillet (skin on or off)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Zest + juice of 2 limes
  • 1½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1–1½ tsp SPG with a Kiss of Onion (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for balance)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional, extra richness)
  • Veggie add-ins (optional): asparagus, broccolini, green beans, bell peppers, red onion

Instructions

Heat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment or foil.

Mix glaze: olive oil, lime zest/juice, chili powder, paprika, cumin, SPG, honey, and butter.

Prep salmon: Place on pan, brush generously with glaze. Toss veggies with a little olive oil + SPG and spread around salmon.

Roast 12–15 minutes (thicker fillets may need up to 18), until flaky and internal temp hits 135–140°F.

Finish: Broil 1–2 minutes for caramelized edges (watch closely). Squeeze extra lime and rest 3–5 minutes.Pro Tips

Want a smokier vibe? Add a pinch of chipotle powder or finish with a quick torch/broil.

Crispy edges: start salmon skin-side down.
