Sheet Pan Beef Kabobs (Girls Gone Grillin’ Style)

Ingredients

  • 1.5–2 lbs sirloin steak (cut into 1½-inch cubes)
  • 1 red bell pepper, chunked
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chunked
  • 1 green bell pepper, chunked
  • 1 red onion, chunked
  • 1 zucchini, sliced thick
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1–2 tbsp Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG with a Kiss of Onion
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Optional: mushrooms or cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment.

Season the beef

Toss steak cubes with olive oil, SPG with a Kiss of Onion, and smoked paprika.

Prep veggies

Toss veggies with a little olive oil and a light sprinkle of seasoning.

Assemble kabobs

Thread beef and veggies onto skewers (or skip skewers and spread everything directly on the pan).

Bake

Arrange on sheet pan in a single layer.

Roast for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Finish (optional but)

Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for that charred, grilled look.

Girls Gone Grillin’ Tips

Add a drizzle of Cherry Chipotle BBQ Sauce for a sweet heat glaze 

Want deeper flavor? Marinate the beef for 2–4 hours first

Use metal skewers or soak wooden ones for 30 minutes

Serve With

Garlic butter rice

Smoked baked potatoes

Warm flatbread + tzatziki
