Seared Ahi Tuna — Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Seared Ahi Tuna — Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Bold flavor, quick sear, and that perfect rare center—this one’s clean, confident, and grill-girl approved.

Ingredients

How to Make It

Prep the tuna

Pat tuna completely dry. Brush lightly with avocado oil and sesame oil.

Season generously with SPG with a Kiss of Onion on all sides.

Optional: Press sesame seeds onto the outside for a light crust.

Heat it HOT

Heat a cast-iron skillet (or flat-top) over high heat until just smoking.

Fast sear

Add a small splash of oil.

Sear tuna 30–45 seconds per side (don’t forget the edges).

You want a deep crust with a rare, cool center.

Rest & slice

Rest 1 minute, then slice against the grain.
