Salmon Burgers-Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Juicy, flavorful, and perfect for the grill or cast iron—these salmon burgers are fresh, bold, and anything but boring.

Ingredients

  • Salmon Burgers
  • 1½ lbs fresh salmon, skin removed
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • ½–¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1½–2 tsp Girls Gone Grillin’ S.P.G. Plus a Kiss of Onion BBQ seasoning
  • Olive oil (for grilling)
  • Optional Add-Ins
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp capers, finely chopped

Instructions

Prep the Salmon

Finely chop salmon with a knife (don’t food-process too smooth—you want texture).

Mix

In a bowl, gently combine salmon, Dijon, mayo, lemon zest & juice, garlic, herbs, panko, and GGG SPG until just combined.

Form Patties

Shape into 4–6 patties. Chill 15–20 minutes to firm up.

Grill or Sear

Grill: Medium heat, lightly oiled grates, 4–5 minutes per side

Cast Iron: Medium heat with oil, 4 minutes per side

Internal temp: 135–140°F

Simple Lemon Dill Sauce (Optional but)

½ cup mayo or Greek yogurt

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tbsp fresh dill

Pinch GGG SPG

Serving Ideas
