Pulled Pork Sandwiches (Pecan Whisper Style)

 Ingredients

  • 1 smoked pork butt (8–10 lb), shredded
  • 1–1½ cups Girls Gone Grillin’ Pecan Whisper BBQ Sauce
  • Brioche or potato buns
  • Creamy coleslaw
  • Dill pickle slices

Optional: extra chopped pecans for crunch

How to Build It

Smoke the Pork

Season pork butt generously (SPG with a Kiss of Onion would be here).

Smoke at 225–250°F until internal temp hits 200–203°F.

Rest, then shred.

Sauce It

Toss warm pulled pork with Pecan Whisper BBQ Sauce until coated but not swimming.

Assemble

Toast buns.

Pile high with pork.

Top with slaw + pickles.

Optional: drizzle extra sauce over the top.
