Pull-Apart Football Garlic Rolls Girls Gone Grillin' Style

Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (or 1½ lbs pizza dough)
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella (for inside + “laces”)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut dough into golf-ball-size pieces.
Mix garlic butter: melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and Parmesan.
Toss dough balls in garlic butter until coated.
Add cheese: press a small pinch of mozzarella into the center of each dough ball.
Shape the football:
Arrange dough balls tightly together in an oval football shape directly on the parchment-lined pan.
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
Add laces:
Pipe or lay thin strips of mozzarella across the top to resemble football laces.
Return to oven 3–5 minutes until melted.
Finish with parsley and an extra brush of garlic butter if desired.
Serve With
