Pretzel Bites with Girls Gone Grillin’ Seasoning Dipping Sauce
Soft, chewy pretzel bites paired with a bold, savory dipping sauce seasoned Girls Gone Grillin’ style—this one disappears fast at parties, game day, or snack boards.
Ingredients
1½ cups warm water (110°F)
2¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp melted butter
⅓ cup baking soda (for water bath)
1 egg, beaten (egg wash)
Coarse salt or everything seasoning
Instructions
Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Rest 5 minutes until foamy.
Stir in salt, butter, and flour. Knead 5 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let rise 1 hour (or until doubled).
Roll dough into ropes and cut into bite-size pieces.
Boil 8 cups water with baking soda. Drop bites in for 30 seconds, remove, and place on lined baking sheet.
Brush with egg wash, sprinkle seasoning, and bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes until golden.

Ingredients
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
1–2 tsp Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG with a Kiss of Onion (start with 1 tsp, adjust to taste)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp smoked paprika
Optional: splash of pickle juice or lemon juice for tang
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients until smooth.
Chill 15–30 minutes for best flavor.
Serve with warm pretzel bites.
