Potato Skins Girls Gone Grillin Style

These potato skins are seasoned up with Girls Gone Grillin’ flavors and finished hot and cheesy.

Bake Potatoes

Bake whole potatoes at 400°F for 45–60 min until fork-tender. Cool slightly.

Prep Skins

Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out centers, leaving about ¼ inch of potato.

Season

Brush skins inside & out with oil/butter. Sprinkle generously with SPG and add Hot Hens if you want heat.

Crisp Up

Place skins skin-side up on a baking sheet or cast iron. Bake 10 min, flip, bake 10 more min until crispy.

Load & Melt

Flip skin-side down. Add cheese + bacon. Bake 5–7 min until melty and bubbly.

Finish

Garnish with green onions. Serve hot with sour cream.

Smoker Option

Smoke at 375°F for 20–25 min, then add cheese and bacon for the last 5–7 min.

Extra crunch: finish under the broiler for 1–2 min
