Prep the pork chops

Make the pineapple salsa
In a bowl, combine pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Stir and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Grill the pork chops
Preheat grill to medium-high (375–400°F).
Grill pork chops 4–5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Rest & top
Remove from grill and rest 5 minutes. Spoon pineapple salsa generously over each pork chop.
