Philly Cheesesteak — Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Ingredients
- Thin-sliced ribeye or sirloin
- Hoagie rolls, toasted
- Yellow onion, thin sliced
- Green bell pepper (optional, but very GGG-approved)
- Mushrooms (optional)
- Provolone cheese or Cheese Whiz (dealer’s choice
- Olive oil or butter

- How to Make It (Cast-Iron Style)
Heat it up – Get your cast-iron skillet hot over medium-high with a little oil or butter.
Veggies first – Sauté onions (and peppers/mushrooms if using) until caramelized. Push to the side.
Steak time – Add sliced steak, season generously with SPG with a Kiss of Onion, and cook fast until just done.
Bring it together – Mix steak and veggies, lay provolone over the top (or drizzle with Cheese Whiz), cover briefly to melt.
Serve it up – Pile high on toasted hoagies and serve hot
