Pecan Whisper Smoked Meatloaf

Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef (80/20 works best)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ small onion, finely diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ tbsp Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG (with a Kiss of Onion)
  • ½ cup finely chopped pecans (optional bu)
  • 1 cup Pecan Whisper BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter (for glaze)

Instructions

Mix It Up

In a large bowl combine:

Ground beef

Breadcrumbs

Eggs

Milk

Onion

Garlic

Worcestershire

SPG

Chopped pecans

Mix gently — don’t overwork it.

Shape

Form into a loaf shape (free-form works best for smoke flavor).

Place on a wire rack or directly on smoker grates.

Smoke

Preheat smoker to 250°F

Smoke for about 2 hours

Internal temp should reach 150°F before glazing

Pecan Whisper Glaze

Warm:

1 cup Pecan Whisper

2 tbsp butter

Brush generously over the meatloaf.

Increase smoker temp to 325–350°F and cook until internal temp hits 160–165°F.
