Ingredients (12 Poppers)

  • 6 large jalapeños (halved lengthwise, seeds removed)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 tsp Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG (with a Kiss of Onion)
  • 12 slices thin bacon (cut in half if needed)
  • ½–¾ cup Pecan Whisper BBQ Sauce
  • Toothpicks (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix the Filling
  • Combine:
  • Cream cheese
  • Cheddar
  • SPG
  • Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Stuff + Wrap
  • Fill each jalapeño half generously.
  • Wrap with bacon (secure with toothpick if needed).

Smoke

Smoke at 250°F for about 60–75 minutes.

Bacon should start rendering and jalapeños soften.

Glaze Magic

Brush generously with Pecan Whisper during the last 10–15 minutes.

Increase heat to 325–350°F to tighten sauce and crisp bacon.

Pull when bacon is caramelized and sticky.
