Pecan BBQ Brisket Burnt Ends
Sweet. Smoky. Sticky. Caramelized perfection.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole brisket (or point section for burnt ends)
- Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG with a Kiss of Onion
- Girls Gone Grillin’ Pecan Whisper BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- Handful chopped pecans (optional but )
- How To Make Them:
- Season Bold
- Trim brisket. Coat generously with SPG with a Kiss of Onion.
- Let it sweat in.
Smoke Low & Slow
Cook at 250°F until internal temp hits about 165–170°F.
Cube It
Cut the point into 1–1.5 inch cubes.
Sauce & Butter
Place cubes in a pan.
Add butter + heavy drizzle of Pecan Whisper BBQ Sauce.
Toss to coat.
Back on the Smoker
Return to smoker uncovered for 45–90 minutes until sticky, dark, and caramelized.
