Mini Pepper Poppers (Girls Gone Grillin’ style)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mini sweet peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar (or white cheddar)
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1–2 tbsp SPG with a Kiss of Onion
  • Optional: diced canned jalapeños (for heat)
  • Optional: drizzle of Cherry Chipotle or Pecan Whisper

Instructions

Prep peppers:

Slice in half lengthwise, remove seeds.

Make filling:

Mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, seasoning, and jalapeños.

Stuff:

Fill each pepper generously.

Cook:

Grill/Smoker: 375°F for 15–20 min

Oven: 400°F for 15–18 min

Finish:

Drizzle with BBQ sauce or sprinkle extra bacon on top.

Next-Level Options

Wrap in half slices of bacon → cook until crispy

Add a little raspberry preserves on top for sweet heat

Mix in Hot Hens if you want them spicy
