Ingredients

  • 8 oz block feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup mixed Mediterranean olives (Kalamata + green), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for drizzle)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic (minced or roasted)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano (or ½ tsp dried)
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions
