Marinated Mozzarella Balls with Girls Gone Grillin’ Seasonings 

These marinated mozzarella balls soak up bold flavor from Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG with a Kiss of Onion and Sassy Seafood seasoning. The combo adds garlic, onion, citrusy herb notes, and a little pop of flavor that makes this appetizer perfect for charcuterie boards, grilled meals, or patio snacking.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or pearls), drained
  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG with a Kiss of Onion
  • 1 tsp Girls Gone Grillin’ Sassy Seafood seasoning
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

Drain mozzarella and pat dry with a paper towel.

In a bowl or mason jar combine:

Olive oil

Garlic

SPG with a Kiss of Onion

Sassy Seafood seasoning

Red pepper flakes

Italian seasoning

Lemon zest

Add the mozzarella balls and gently toss to coat.

Sprinkle in chopped parsley and mix lightly.

Cover and refrigerate for 2–12 hours so the flavors soak in.

Remove from the fridge 10–15 minutes before serving so the oil loosens.
