Irish Pub Burger – Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

This one is bold, juicy, cheesy, and dripping with pub-style flavor 

 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • For the Burgers
  • 2 lbs 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG with a Kiss of Onion (or your favorite GG seasoning )
  • 4 slices sharp white cheddar
  • 4 brioche buns
  • Guinness Caramelized Onions
  • 2 large sweet onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup Guinness
  • Pinch salt

Optional Toppings

  • Crispy thick-cut bacon
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Pub-style beer cheese sauce
  • Pickles

 Instructions

Make the Onions

Melt butter in a cast iron skillet.

Add onions + salt and cook low & slow (15–20 min).

Pour in Guinness and simmer until reduced and jammy. Set aside.

 Form & Season Burgers

Mix beef with Worcestershire, Dijon, garlic, onion powder, and seasoning.

Form into 4 thick patties (make a thumb indent in center).

 Grill

Grill over medium-high heat 4–5 minutes per side.

Add cheddar during last minute and close lid to melt.

 Toast Buns

Lightly butter and toast on grill.

 Build the Pub Burger

Beer cheese drizzle

Brush the patties lightly with Guinness before flipping for deeper pub flavor.
