Irish Coffee

• Ingredients
• 1 cup hot coffee
• 1½ oz Irish whiskey
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• Fresh whipped cream
• Instructions
• Stir whiskey and brown sugar into hot coffee.
• Float whipped cream on top.
• Do not stir — sip through the cream.
• Irish Mule

2 oz Irish whiskey

½ oz lime juice

Ginger beer

Ice

Instructions

Fill copper mug with ice.

Add whiskey and lime juice.

Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime.

Irish Apple Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

2 oz Irish whiskey

1 oz apple cider

¾ oz lemon juice

½ oz maple syrup

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice.

Strain into a rocks glass over ice.

Garnish with apple slice.

Irish Cream Mudslide

Ingredients

1 oz Irish cream

1 oz coffee liqueur

1 oz vodka

Ice

Chocolate drizzle

Instructions

Shake everything with ice.

Strain into a glass with chocolate drizzle.
