Ingredients

Instructions

Season the Chicken

Pat chicken dry. Lightly coat with olive oil.

Season with SPG first, then a generous layer of Hot Hens.

Make the Hot Honey

In a small saucepan, warm honey, hot sauce, vinegar, and butter over low heat.

Stir until smooth. Keep warm.

Preheat grill to medium-high (400–425°F).

Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side (depending on cut) until internal temp hits 165°F.

Glaze & Finish

Brush hot honey glaze on chicken during the last 1–2 minutes per side.

Flip once more to caramelize—watch closely so it doesn’t burn.
