A bold chili oil with Girls Gone Grillin’ Hot Hens seasoning for extra smoky heat. This is incredible drizzled over grilled chicken, shrimp, tacos, eggs, pizza, or roasted veggies.
Ingredients
1 cup avocado oil (or vegetable oil)
2 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Girls Gone Grillin’ Hot Hens seasoning
1 tbsp sesame seeds
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
Instructions
In a heat-safe jar or bowl, combine:
chili flakes
Hot Hens seasoning
sesame seeds
garlic
sugar and salt
Heat the oil in a saucepan until hot but not smoking (about 325–350°F).
Carefully pour the hot oil over the mixture. It should sizzle and bloom the spices.
Stir and allow to cool.
Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
