Honey Roasted Pork Loin with Little Potatoes – Girls Gone Grillin’ Style
Sweet, savory, and roast-pan PERFECT for weeknights or company.
Ingredients
- 2–3 lb pork loin roast
- 1½ lb little potatoes (gold or red), halved
- Olive oil
- Girls Gone Grillin’ Sweet N’ Sticky (A Wink of Honey)
- Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG with a Kiss of Onion
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
Prep
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, SPG, and a light sprinkle of Sweet N’ Sticky.
Pat pork loin dry, coat with olive oil.
Season generously with SPG and Sweet N’ Sticky on all sides.
Honey Glaze
- Mix together:
- Honey
- Melted butter
- Garlic
Set aside.
Roast It
Place potatoes around the pork loin in a roasting pan or large cast-iron skillet.
Roast uncovered for 25 minutes.
Brush pork with honey glaze.
Return to oven and roast another 20–30 minutes, brushing once more halfway through.
Pork is done at 145°F internal temp.
Rest & Serve
Rest pork 10 minutes, then slice.
Spoon pan juices over pork and potatoes.
Optional finishing sprinkle of Sweet N’ Sticky for extra shine.
