Hamburger Sliders – Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Perfect for game day, backyard parties, or quick weeknight dinners — these sliders are juicy, cheesy, and packed with bold flavor. Let’s make them Girls Gone Grillin’ style!

Ingredients (12 sliders)

Toppings (optional but recommended):

  • Pickles
  • Caramelized onions
  • Crispy bacon
  • Slider sauce (mayo + ketchup + splash of pickle juice)

Grill Method

Preheat grill to medium-high (about 400°F).

Gently mix ground beef with SPG seasoning. Don’t overwork it.

Grill 3–4 minutes per side.

Add cheese during the last minute and close lid to melt.

Lightly toast buns on the grill.

Brush tops with melted butter, sprinkle garlic powder & sesame seeds.

Optional “Pull-Apart” Party Style

Place cooked patties on bottom half of buns in a baking dish.

Add cheese, toppings, and bun tops.

Brush butter mixture over tops.

Bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes until melty and golden.

Slice and serve!

Pro Tips

Add a slice of grilled jalapeño for heat.

Mix in a spoonful of BBQ sauce for a smoky twist.

Make smash-style sliders for crispy edges.

Want them extra juicy? Add a small cube of butter inside each patty.
