Grilled Stuffed Oysters (Smoky, Buttery & Bold)

Ingredients (12 oysters)
- 12 fresh oysters (on the half shell)
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
Optional kick: pinch cayenne or red pepper flakes
Grill Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high (about 400°F).
In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, bacon, parsley, and seasoning.
Place oysters directly on the grill grate (cup side down so juices stay in).
Spoon butter mixture into each oyster.
Top with Parmesan, mozzarella, and breadcrumbs.
Close lid and grill 5–7 minutes until cheese bubbles and edges lightly brown.
