Grilled Street Corn on the Cob Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Ingredients

  • Fresh corn on the cob, husked
  • Olive oil or melted butter
  • Girls Gone Grillin’ S.P.G. Plus a Kiss of Onion BBQ seasoning
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Mexican crema)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Juice of 1 lime + extra wedges
  • ½–¾ cup Cotija cheese, crumbled
  • Chili powder or smoked paprika (optional heat)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high (about 400°F).

Brush corn lightly with oil or butter and season generously with SPG.

Grill 8–10 minutes, turning every 2 minutes, until lightly charred and tender.

Mix sauce: mayo, sour cream, lime juice, pinch of SPG.

Slather corn while hot, then sprinkle with Cotija, chili powder (if using), and cilantro.

Finish with a squeeze of lime and serve immediately.

Girls Gone Grillin’ Tip 

For extra smoky flavor, grill over indirect heat for the last 2 minutes with the lid closed.
