Grilled Street Corn on the Cob Girls Gone Grillin’ Style
Ingredients
- Fresh corn on the cob, husked
- Olive oil or melted butter

Girls Gone Grillin’ S.P.G. Plus a Kiss of Onion BBQ seasoning
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or Mexican crema)
- ½ cup sour cream
- Juice of 1 lime + extra wedges
- ½–¾ cup Cotija cheese, crumbled
- Chili powder or smoked paprika (optional heat)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high (about 400°F).
Brush corn lightly with oil or butter and season generously with SPG.
Grill 8–10 minutes, turning every 2 minutes, until lightly charred and tender.
Mix sauce: mayo, sour cream, lime juice, pinch of SPG.
Slather corn while hot, then sprinkle with Cotija, chili powder (if using), and cilantro.
Finish with a squeeze of lime and serve immediately.
