Grilled Lobster Tails-Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Grilled Lobster Tails-Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Sweet, smoky, buttery, and ridiculously easy—this is how lobster tails should be done.

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4–6 tbsp melted butter
  • Sassy Seafood Seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

Prep the Lobster

Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell lengthwise. Gently pull the meat up to rest on the shell.

Season

Mix melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush generously over the lobster meat.

Grill

Preheat grill to medium-high (400–425°F).

Place lobster tails shell-side down and grill 6–8 minutes, until opaque and lightly charred. Baste once more while grilling.

Finish

Remove when internal temp hits 140–145°F.

Squeeze fresh lemon over the top and garnish with parsley.

Pro Tips

Don’t flip—shell-side down keeps the meat juicy

Add a kiss of smoke with a chunk of cherry or pecan wood

Serve with grilled asparagus, corn, or garlic butter rice

Perfect for date night, celebrations, or when you’re feeling a little extra on the grill.
