Grilled Chipotle Chicken Burgers with Street Corn Salsa

Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

Using Hot Hens as the heat

Juicy, smoky, and packed with bold flavor—these grilled chipotle chicken burgers get their kick from Hot Hens, while the creamy, zesty street corn salsa takes them straight over the top.

Optional: diced jalapeño or red onion

For Serving

Brioche or hamburger buns

Optional toppings: avocado slices, lettuce, tomato, pepper jack cheese

🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Burgers

In a large bowl, gently mix ground chicken, Hot Hens, SPG, mayo, lime juice, and olive oil.

Form into 4–6 patties (don’t overwork).

2️⃣ Grill

Preheat grill to medium heat (375–400°F).

Lightly oil grates and grill burgers 5–6 minutes per side, until internal temp reaches 165°F.

Optional: add pepper jack cheese during the last minute.

3️⃣ Street Corn Salsa

Grill corn until lightly charred. Cut kernels off the cob.

Mix with mayo, cotija, lime juice, cilantro, and Hot Hens. Taste and adjust heat.

4️⃣ Assemble

Toast buns on the grill.

Layer burger, generous scoop of street corn salsa, and desired toppings.

🔥 Pro Tips

Extra smoky: Add a pinch of chipotle powder or smoked salt to the burgers

Low-carb: Skip the bun and serve over shredded lettuce

Spicy-lovers: Drizzle with chipotle aioli or extra Hot Hens dusting

Perfect for backyard grilling, game day, or when you want BIG flavor without beef.
