Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus (Grill Side)

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed)
  • 8–10 slices bacon
  • Olive oil
  • Girls Gone Grillin’ SPG with a Kiss of Onion
  • Optional: light sprinkle Sassy Seafood for a citrus pop

Instructions

  • Bundle – Wrap 3–4 asparagus spears with 1 slice of bacon.
  • Season – Light oil, then SPG with a Kiss of Onion.
  • Grill – Medium heat, direct + indirect combo.
  • Start indirect 10–12 minutes (cook bacon through)
  • Finish over direct heat to crisp bacon
  • Turn often so bacon cooks evenly.

Pro Tips (this is where you level it up)

Start the hens first, add asparagus in the last 15 minutes

Use a cast iron skillet or grill-safe pan for asparagus if flare-ups get wild

Brush hens with Pecan Whisper BBQ Sauce in the final minutes for a sticky, caramelized finish
