Girls Gone Grillin’ Sassy Seafood Deviled Eggs 

Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1–2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1½–2 tsp Girls Gone Grillin’ Sassy Seafood seasoning 
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped pickles or relish (optional)

Instructions

Boil & peel eggs

Cook eggs, cool in ice bath, peel, and slice in half.

Make the filling

Remove yolks into a bowl

Mash until smooth

Add mayo, mustard, lemon juice

Flavor it right (key step)

Mix in Sassy Seafood seasoning directly into the yolk mixture

Stir until creamy and fully blended

Taste and adjust (you can bump it up closer to 2 tsp for more punch)

Fill the eggs

Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites

Optional finish (light touch)

Tiny sprinkle of Sassy Seafood or paprika for color

Fresh dill or chives for that fresh pop
