Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Pasta
Juicy, perfectly seared steak bites served over rich, creamy pasta — this is comfort food with steakhouse vibes.
Ingredients
- For the Steak Bites
- 1½ lbs sirloin or ribeye, cut into 1½-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Girls Gone Grillin' SPG Seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- For the Pasta
- 12 oz fettuccine or penne
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated parmesan
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Optional: pinch red pepper flakes
Cook the Steak
Pat steak dry and season with Girls Gone Grillin' SPG.
Heat cast iron over medium-high until hot.
Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes per side.
Lower heat, add butter and garlic.
Spoon garlic butter over steak for 1 minute.
Remove and let rest.
Make the Pasta
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic.
Add heavy cream and simmer 3–4 minutes.
Stir in parmesan until thick and creamy.
Season to taste and toss with drained pasta.
Assemble
Spoon creamy pasta onto a plate.
Top with steak bites.
Drizzle with remaining garlic butter.
Finish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan.
