Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Melt butter over low heat (do NOT boil).

Add garlic and cook gently until fragrant.

Stir in Sassy Seafood + SPG + lemon juice.

Add lobster tails and poach gently for 5–7 minutes until tender.

Spoon butter over the lobster continuously while cooking.

Finish with fresh parsley.

Seared Scallops

Ingredients

1 lb sea scallops (patted VERY dry)

1 tablespoon oil (high heat)

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon Girls Gone Grillin’ Sassy Seafood

½ teaspoon Girls Gone Grillin’ Hot Hens (optional kick)

Instructions

Heat a skillet until smoking hot.

Season scallops with Sassy Seafood + a touch of Hot Hens.

Add oil, then scallops—do NOT move them.

Sear 2–3 minutes until golden crust forms.

Flip, add butter, and baste for another 1–2 minutes.

Remove immediately—don’t overcook.

How to Plate (Restaurant Style)

Slice your smoked prime rib

Place lobster tail alongside

Add 2–3 scallops

Drizzle garlic butter over everything
