French Dip Sliders – Girls Gone Grillin’ Style

These are PERFECT for game day, catering trays, or an easy weeknight crowd-pleaser. Let’s give them that bold Girls Gone Grillin’ flavor upgrade. 

 Ingredients

  • 1 pack Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 sliders)
  • 1 ½ lbs thin-sliced roast beef
  • 6–8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 packet au jus mix
  • 1 ½ cups beef broth
  • Butter Topping
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp SPG with a Kiss of Onion (Girls Gone Grillin’)
  • Optional: pinch dried thyme or rosemary

 Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Slice rolls in half (keep them connected). Place bottom half in a baking dish.

Layer provolone → roast beef → more provolone.

Add the top layer of rolls.

Mix butter topping ingredients and brush generously over the tops.

Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.

Remove foil and bake another 5–7 minutes until golden and melty.

 Au Jus

Prepare au jus according to packet directions using beef broth.

Serve warm for dipping.

Add caramelized onions

Add horseradish cream sauce

Smoke the sliders at 250°F for 20–25 minutes instead of baking

Sprinkle a little Hot Hens if you want heat
